We experienced problems with XP saving for the last 2 days. As a result, we released two HotFix patches that should fix the problem, actual HotFix patch v2 is now available on our Launcher! If you experienced the loss of XPs reach us on Discord or through email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check your game account events. Also, if you experience any other problems with XP saving, let us know!
Before you report us the problem with XP saving, make sure to reconnect to your account to see if the problem hasn't disappeared. How? Click the reconnect button on the top right side of the screen next to the "My Profile" button. It will automatically reconnect you to your account.
What is causing this bug? The most common answer is your slow internet connection. Reconnecting to your account may help!
If not, restart the game and see the results. If the XP bug still occurs, contact us with your in-game Display name and the email address you used to register Last Mortem account.
